Although this article relates a bit to children in a traditional Montessori environment (without parents) I feel it captures information that parents in PICC can benefit from. Perhaps they might also have other children in Montessori, as well.

This handout could be used to share with parents, as a topic point for parent discussion group, or even in a class on Montessori in the Home.
