Week 5: The First Prepared Environment, 2/24

This week will focus on the first prepared environment, during pregnancy. Of labor, birth, the postpartum period, and the ways in which women have been, and are, supported in their process. 

Our week includes:
  • An interview with a midwife
  • A video on Montessori From the Beginning
  • A writing on the similarities of serving women in labor and the child
  • Resources on movement of the infant, to understand and reflect, and to share
  • A writing by Maria Montessori
  • The Montessori mobiles

Our weekly Zoom meeting will be on Wednesday, February 26th, at 8 pm EST
